We strive to keep our Terms & Conditions straightforward, with no hidden surprises.
As a small business, we truly appreciate your commitment to us, as it helps us maintain the quality of service you expect.
Two-Month Agreement:
• Your membership begins with a two-month agreement from your first FULL payment.
• For example, if you sign up on the 20th of the month, you will make a pro-rata payment of £85.32-135.32 (depending on what membership you opt for) to cover the period up to the 1st of the following month.
• Your two-month agreement will then commence on the 1st of that month. After completing the initial two-month commitment, your membership will become a two-month rolling membership.
Payment Date:
• All membership payments are processed on the 1st of each month.
Cancellation:
• We would be sad to see you go, but we understand that circumstances change. If you wish to cancel your membership, please provide us with two calendar months notice by filling out the form below:

Notice Period:
• You must notify us two calendar months before your desired cancellation date.
• Example: To cancel on August 1st, you must submit your notice by July 1st.
• During the two calendar month notice period, you can continue to use the gym as usual.
Pausing Membership:
• If you need to pause your membership, we offer a pause option for up to two months. Once the two months are complete, we will take your payment, even if it is your final two calendar month notice payment.
• Notice Period: Please provide 30 days' notice if you need to pause your membership.
• Unexpected Situations: For unexpected circumstances, please speak to us in person or send us an email/ Whatsapp to discuss your options.
