How much does the program cost?

What you invest depends on your goals, frequency, and the kind of support you want. That’s exactly what we’ll explore on the call — so we can build something that works for you.

What if I don’t have much time?

Many of our members are juggling work, parenting, commuting. That’s why we offer over 45 hours of coaching each week, so you can train when it suits you. We help you build a routine that works around your schedule, not the other way around.

What if I’m unfit or feel nervous?

You’re not alone. In fact, most people feel exactly the same when they start. That’s one of the reasons we built TT. We know the gym can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve felt out of place or never felt like you belonged. That’s why everything we do is built around making you feel welcome, supported, and understood from day one.

Our coaches are here to guide you, our members have your back, and your only job is to show up as you. No egos. No judgment. Just a community that moves forward — together.

I’m not sure if I can commit.
